Every carpeted area we encounter we will check for pile type (I.e. Loop Pile, Cut Pile, Shag, berber… etc) we will treat affected spot areas with corresponding cleaners and steam the problem areas before moving to the general cleaning of said carpeted area. After we clean the carpeted areas we will offer deodorization at no cost, as well as to rake the carpet so the pile stands up for expediated dry time. As we finish each area we will apply air movers (controlled fans) to further expediate the drying process. We suggest dry time should be anywhere for 5-7 hours depending on humidity, air flow, number of ceiling fans…etc. 

All desired upholstered areas will be checked for fiber type, depending on whether it is natural or synthetic affects the cleaning process. (Natural fiber furniture must be cleaned more carefully with an emphasis on temperature and alkalinity) Similar with carpet we will look for problem areas such as spotting, staining, friction and spills. After troubled areas are treated with corresponding cleaners, and properly agitated (depending on the fiber and surface type) we will rinse the areas trying to remove said problem spots. We will then move to general cleaning of the upholstered areas and apply air movers for expediated dry time.  

 All tile areas prepped for cleaning are asked to be swept prior to the arrival of our technicians. We will begin by treating the entire floor area with a pressurized alkaline cleaner. After the initial treatment we will agitate problem areas of grout and tile surfaces as to remove caked on grease food or spills. Once agitated we will rinse the floors and remove all surface soil and repeat until desired cleanliness in reached.

All desired areas to be cleaned for concrete will be swept and cleared of all debris prior to initial inspection. After inspecting problem areas such as stains and heavy traffic patters we will apply corresponding treatments to said areas before agitation. Unlike other surfaces, concrete can be difficult to clean therefore require stronger applications of cleaners as well as agitation, heat and pressure. We will low-speed buff and hand agitate all desired areas before rinsing and removing soiled water and sediment.

All desired areas will be swept and vacuumed after initial inspection of hardwood areas. We will then move or remove small furniture (within reason) in order to begin cleaning processes for the subject areas. We will apply a natural cleaner with a cloth pad to remove any worked in sediment or spills from the surface of the wood. After removing the dirt and grime we will go back over the area again with a soft burnishing pad to shine the floors as much as possible back to new. When damage on the floor has exceeded the amount of cleaning we can apply we will apply a light treatment of wet floor polish (spray buff) to bring back as much shine as possible.
