With average ventilation and Air Conditioning we recommend from 5-7 hours of drying time. Floor fans and dehumidifiers can also amplify dry time.
Yes you can, if necessary you for you or a contractor to walk on the carpets after we can leave, shoe covers or bare feet are encouraged as to not rub excess dirt on the carpets while drying.
Yes, during the cleaning process we ask for you to keep children and pets off affected floors while we pre-spray and treat specific spots. We ask this for the space and time to properly agitate problem areas before rinsing our cleaners from your carpet. (We use a clear steaming rinse instead of running cleaner through our equipment to ensure the least residue professionally possible to our customers) Once Cleaning has be completed there is no issue with contact of the surface for pets or children.
We suggest and average of every 9 months to a year, this can change from household to household. If you vacuum and sweep frequently, take shoes off and have no children or pets your floors will be on average cleaner and on the longer side to wait and clean. We only say this so our customers don’t wait until the point that carpet gets damaged before calling us. We want to help as much as possible!!
